Prostate massaging part two

To begin with, practice in relaxing inner and outer sphincters. These muscles are meant to react to pressure from faeces. So delicate pressure on the anus opening and the zone surrounding it will result in the same rectal reaction applied to your finger. Try to massage the sphincter, and gradually the sensation of touching it will not be followed a negative reaction. When anal sphincters are relaxed, the massaging unit or the finger will be able to pass through them and to reach the prostata gland. Do not forget a special lubricant for the massage procedure, which will protect gentle lining of the anus. Remember that pain is incompatible with healthy prostate stimulation, so do not be in a hurry. The more you keep practicing, the easier the process becomes if you choose a correct massage method that suits you.

The exact location of the prostata gland varies between individuals. Having inserted the finger into the anus, try to massage the muscular area in the lower part of the abdomen, between the scrotum and the sphincter. You should be able to find a small walnut-sized body which is the prostata gland. Usually, the finger feels two parts of the prostate with a crest near its central part where urethra is located. When massaging the gland, move the finger from the far part advancing to the centre. This way you release the sperm from the gland ducts into the urethra. Continue with the movements for five minutes or longer if you wish to.

You should be aware that according to urologists, mistakes in prostate stimulation are rather risky and may lead to various health issues. The pressure while massaging should be kept gentle not to damage the urethra. Otherwise, there small ruptures may appear in the urethra, just below the prostate. Small and indiscernible, such tearings and ruptures may gradually become the cause of urethral narrowing when closing up (the so called stricture).

In any case, it is advisable to consult your physician or an urologist before practicing prostate massaging. Only then you will be sure that your actions will do you good and not harm. A book on prostate massage can also become your comprehensive guide to a correct stimulation of the prostate. It will help to get vital health benefits and improve your sexual life as well.
